Terms Of Use Agreement

By submitting an item for consideration for inclusion on our website, you are acknowledging that you own the copyright and/or permission to submit it for use on the Skidmark Studios website.  Furthermore, you understand that no monetary payment will be made to you unless specifically outlined in a separate document or contract.

Permission Of Use

You understand that any materials submitted to Skidmark Studios (A subsidiary owned by Vortexual Dreams Production, Inc.) shall become the property of Skidmark Studios for use within their website and production purposes from the point of submission and future use.  However, ownership of the created material is not being transferred to Skidmark Studios, but instead an exclusive use of property is being transferred to Skidmark Studios for the sole purpose of entertainment and promotion.

Material Guidelines

Any material submitted shall not depict a targeted audience in a derogatory or negative manner based on race, religion, and gender.  Additionally, foul language should be maintained at a reasonable level.  In other words, offensive curse words should not be used repeatedly in order to create the material.

Right to Reject

Skidmark Studios has the right to reject or remove any submitted materials deemed inappropriate, infringes on copyrights, or for any other reason seen fit.
